We are looking for a personnel consultant who enjoys contact with people!

They represent our interests on site. We attach particular importance to a creative and independent way of working.

Your tasks:

Identification and approach of medical professionals such as:

• health workers and nurses
• midwives and maternity nurses
• Medical-technical laboratory assistants
• radiology assistants

You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Initial contact, pre-selection, conducting interviews with the applicants and general support for all preparations for professional recognition in Germany.
• If necessary, organize and accompany the language training of the applicants up to level B2 in the German language.
• They compile the personal documents of the applicants in the national and German language according to our requirements.
• They accompany the applicants with all questions.
• Contact with the German embassies in the home country of the applicant.
• Formation and support of a network for medical professionals on site

Your profile:

• a dedicated and independent way of working
• Very good communication skills and high social skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and relation to German culture
• Enjoying contact and the company of other people
• Ideally contact with language schools
• Affinity for sales tasks when addressing potential candidates
• Experience in dealing with social media
